If you are looking for that program that will give you just the jump start that you need to lose anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds in just 21 days these are it.  Maybe you just need focus on your nutrition first and not sure how and what to be eating.  Maybe you don't need to lose weight and you just want to build more muscle or to be more tone.  These amazing programs will do all of that for you.  I have been doing 21 Day Fix Extreme for 2 weeks now and am loving the program.  I am using a heavy weight to push myself even harder because I still have to have that intensity.  I could barely walk after the first week, but it has slowly gone away and now I am feeling amazing.  I started the 21 day meal plans during my last month of Insanity Max 30 just so that I could have a jump start when I was to start Extreme.  I could not believe the energy that I had and how my ABS just started popping out. I know that you all have always heard that what you put in your belly will either hurt you or build you an awesome AB area.  Well I am here to tell you from my own experience that it is true.  I like you could not believe what all the program said I needed to eat in a day.  I eat more now than I have ever ate in my entire life.  In fact people all around me tell me that it is way to much.  But then they quickly change their mind when they do it themselves and see that it works.  Not to mention I had one friend tell me I was eating to much and then 2 weeks later tell me that their doctor/nutritionist told them that they were at a stand still because they needed to eat more daily in portions.  Hmmmmm I said, I believe I just said that.  I don't claim to be an expert and I will give anything a try just to have my own personal experience to share with you all.  Honestly I was not sure about 21 Day Fix Extreme because I am more of an intense workout girl.  I was afraid to break free from that.  But I did with the 21 Day Fix Extreme and am glad I did.  You can make this as intense or easy as you want it to be.  With that being said I upped my weights from what someone had told me to use and I am so happy I did.  I am getting an amazing workout daily.  You need to jump in here and get one of these amazing programs because you will be so happy you did a month from now.  Some of my challengers finished up there first 21 days this past Sunday and I am happy to say that they were more than impressed with there results.  One lost 9 pounds and several inches in just 14 days because she started late and another has lost 10 pounds in 21 days.  You could do this to and have the support of one of my challenge groups by just joining today.
