Hawaiian Chicken Teriyaki Soft Tacos

Cut up you boneless chicken and cook slowly on top of the stove until it's done.
Transfer chicken into a baking dish and add fresh diced pineapple.
Add Teriyaki sauce just to cover the chicken.  Not to much!!!!
Bake at 300 for about 15 minutes or until heated all the way through.
Use any kind of tortilla soft shells that you like.  Today I did not eat many carbs so I saved room.
Top with some shredded mozzarella cheese and a little bit of brown rice on the side.  
Seasoned my rice with just a touch of salt and garlic.

Huge hit in my house and so healthy.  I got a YUMMY when asked what she thought.  So A+ for me
