Holiday Survival Guide

I can't believe another year is just about over.  Every year just flies by and we are left at the end wondering where it has all gone.  We celebrate the end of the year with Christmas and that is supposed to be a time for giving, gratitude, being thankful and being full of cheer.  But for most of us Christmas is a time to become super women and we often fail.  We forget about our selves and think well I will just pick it up after the New Year.  We are constantly going 24/7 and find it hard to just find 30 minutes to our self.  Then we eat on the go and don't make good choices.  We are tired from lack of sleep and beat all the time.  Finally Christmas is here and you can't even enjoy it because you were super women for the last couple weeks left trying to figure out what now.

So I am hear today to tell you that my challenge groups that I have been doing for the last couple years is that answer.  The groups are packed full of busy mom's, dad's and grandmother's just like you already.  I here over and over again how everyone in the groups love them because of the togetherness and accountability.  We need to stick together now more than ever!  Everyone in the group will be getting ready for the Holiday's just like you and what better way to spend it.  Be with a group of people that are looking for that motivation like you to keep going.  To help hold you accountable through this busy time of year.  Share how we are making it through the Holiday's with good choices on the go.  Most importantly keep each other stress free so we all can enjoy the Holiday's this year and have more energy.

It's time to take charge of you this Holiday season!!!!

So let's start by having just 30 minutes a day to yourself.  It's ok to do this and it's ok to make those healthy choices for you.  What we do reflects on everyone around us, friends, family, children etc... It's ok to say no to the unhealthy choices, because this Holiday season it is all about making healthy choices for you.  It's not ok to stress and then you lead to bigger health problems because you chose not make those better choices now.

The Holiday Survival Guide

The Holiday survival guide is not about being perfect!!!  It's about finding that 30 minutes a day to get your workout in.  It's about making those healthier choices.  (picking your favorite thing to eat and giving up something else you really don't need)  It's about enjoying the Holiday's and having more positive energy.  It's about doing what you love and being with the people you love and making it all balance out.  By doing this for yourself each week you become better and positive person that can enjoy the Holiday's.

Come the end of December and the start of the New Year, you will already be more positive, more confident and much happier.  Join me with the start of the HOLIDAY SURVIVAL CHALLENGE GROUP starting December 5th.  You will have the entire week to get in on this group.  This will be a closed accountability and support group built just for you.

            I will help you find a Beachbody fitness program that best fits your goals and fitness level.

            Everyone is required to check in to our group at least once a day and rock this HOLIDAY.

            I will show you how to stay on track at the Holiday parties.
            24/7 access to our closed support group and access to all of our Beachbody On Demand                      which is our live streaming.
